Kristi Ward has been instrumental in guiding MCO’s artistic vision for nearly two decades. She has shaped and directed hundreds of concerts across the nation, highlighted by the landmark staged production Messiah in America (watch here). This expansive work brought together a touring cast and crew with full staging, acting, costumes, and technical design, and has been acclaimed for both its artistic scope and its spiritual impact.
During the global COVID-19 pandemic, Kristi sustained the organization’s momentum by creating an innovative online program and producing and editing two outdoor concert films, Bless My Homeland (2020) and God Is Marching On (2021), both of which inspired audiences worldwide.
Kristi has also expanded MCO’s reach through media and digital artistry. She has produced and edited many of MCO’s acclaimed video productions—some of which include The Vision (watch here), Jesus Is My Friend (watch here), and O Holy Night (watch here)—which have garnered millions of views and carried MCO’s mission to a worldwide audience.
Her work is grounded in her faith and family, which inspire her to help fulfill MCO’s mission of bringing people to Christ through the power of music. Kristi and her husband, Rod, reside in Southern California with their four children.
